Access - State Land from N, S, E, W.
Route - Bushwhack from all sides.
Summit - Wooded, but gorgeous open cliffs just below.
Quad - Mount Marcy.
Mountain Range - No specific Range. Just west of the MacIntyres.
Winter Access - Yes, same as non-winter access. Expect a ton of snow even late into spring. This peak gets extreme winter conditions from the effects of the MacIntyre Range. Good approach in winter would be via Scott Clearing on skis.
Misc. - Wallface gets its name for the massive cliff face on its East side. It is one of the largest cliff faces in the NE. There are a couple ways up this peak, both of which are good choices. But, when you're on top be sure to look for open views above a cliff just E of the summit.
