Access - State Land from N, S, E. Private from the W Route - Bushwhack from all sides. Summit - Wooded, heavily. Quad - Lewis. Mountain Range - Jay Range. Winter Access - Yes, same as non-winter access. This end of the Glen Road is closed in winter as a seasonal highway. This will add on a couple miles to your trip. Good chance on this one that there will be a track to follow-but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. Misc. - One of our favorite bushwhacks. Very open and easy to match up with Jay for a killer loop. The views are outstanding along the open rock climb to a lower saddle. The highest saddle, being the top, has a great view of a dense evergreen forest. Topomap
