Puffer from Bullhead Mountain
Access - State Land from N, S, E, W. Route - Bushwhack from all sides. Summit - Wooded, no views. Quad - Thirteenth Lake. Mountain Range - No specific range. We'll call it the Puffer Range. West of Gore. Winter Access - Yes, same as non-winter access. Hard to say, but I doubt there will be anything for broken ground on a regular basis in this area. Trails are used for crosscountry skier, but you will need to break trail up the slopes.
Misc. -
There a few route used up this peak, some are better than others, some are steeper than others. There are a few views from the steep slopes. There is also a lot of moose activity on this mountain-you may have a chance to see one-if you aren't to noisy. The elusive Adirondack moose-what a treat to see.
