Access - State Land From N,S,W. E is AMR propery. Route - Range Trail from N,S. Bushwhack up slide. Summit - Partly open, very nice views. Quad - Keene Valley. Mountain Range - Great Range. Winter Access - Yes, same as non-winter access. Route from JBL is usually more packed from heavier traffic. Misc. - Name was derived from its appearance with the deep col between it and Upper Wolf Jaw. A very up and coming popular route up this peak is turning away from the state trails and focusing on Bennies Brook Slide. Shorter hike, killer views=good time. Topomap
