Access - Approaches are very close to private land-they can be avoided with some research and careful navigation, summit is on state land. Route - Bushwhack from all sides. Summit - Wooded, no views. Quad - Indian Lake. Mountain Range - Panther Mountain Range. Winter Access - Yes, same as non-winter access. Best approach is from Wakely Dam, private land can be avoided from this direction. Some research will be needed by the hiking party to avoid this private land. You must get permission to use private land approach. Misc - This peak is very tricky to avoid private property. We can not urge you enough to do your research to avoid these lands. The forest in this area is some of the nicest out there. The only approach that will keep you on state land is from Wakley Dam.
