Access - State Land from N,E,W. Private from the S. Route - Bushwhack from all sides. Summit - Wooded, no views. Quad - Blue Mountain Lake. Mountain Range - Blue Ridge Mountain Range. Winter Access - Yes, same as non-winter access. Wilson Pond Trail approach maybe broken to Wilson Pond-but the bushwhack portion will be rarely broken out.

This is one of the Blue Ridge peak in this range, referred to as the Twin Blue Ridges-but both are a real pleasure to climb. The Wilson Pond approach is amazing, and a ton of fun. You can get both in a day, but a long day it would be indeed. The southern side along Cedar River Road don't forget is posted-permission is a must from the land owners, do so before you make yourself at home.
